| Bio: | I love comics, I love reading, I love school, to a certain extent. I'm a college student and I'm hoping to figure out what I want to do with my immediate future in the next year. I had a kidney transplant about 4 and half years ago, I was lucky enough to get my mother's kidney. Here I write things that I suppose are more or less non sequitor. It's more of the build up of thoughts that I don't dump on my friends and so I just write about whatever occurs to me here, like thanksgiving! or why I get upset! and things like that. I'm sure I'll come with a better descripition of the purpose of this journal someday, but in the meantime keep reading for some more abstract information about me. I didn't choose my lj name, my account was set up for me by a friend, who also wrote this about me (it's the original bio for this): "sofia is a splendidly fantabulous girl who has been by my side longer than most. though she is rarely in my physical presence, i know that she will be there for me, for anyone she cares about, when there is need. though shy at first, timid even, sofia has an incredibly vast and complex personality. her sense of humor is unparaleled, and she has a smile that will send a shiver down any spine and warm even the coldest and darkest of hearts. being a boy who has seen a lot of faces burned through many shallow friendships, and fallen for people who arent what they seem, and lived a life of social meandering, i recognise sofia for her rarity, and treasure the words we exchange. she is special. treasure her like i do, and never take her loyalty for granted. she has a soul too kind to be broken by incosiderate morons." (which is kinda funny cause we don't talk much anymore ; ) I've gotten to meet pretty much all of my favorite comic book artist/writers, and they are all amazing people! Other fun facts: I'm Chicana (you know, Mexican-American), I love to sing, I love writing.
